Shipping & Returns

RETURNS

We have a 14 day return policy. 

​

Customers are responsible for the cost of their return.

​

Please note returns are not accepted on bespoke or personalised items / commissions. 

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will need proof of purchase.

​

To start a returns process, please contact Laura at laurablountart@gmail.com. Once we have received the item, we will evaluate and process the refund if eligible.

EXCHANGES

​

We cannot offer direct exchanges and the quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

SHIPPING

​

All prints and card are printed to order, please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be printed, packed and posted.

Parcels sent via Royal Mail Second Class or Evri, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. If your item has not arrived, please contact Laura at laurablountart@gmail.com

DAMAGES AND ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and we will try to rectify as soon as possible.
